DinerSky 目標在各學校內經營一個多功能的複合場域，能提供師生及附近居民與社區各式美食、優美的音樂欣賞、精彩的表演節目以及多樣化的活動與派對；不僅校內師生可以同樂參與，附近居民更可以攜家帶眷來此享受愉快且放鬆的時光，甚至還有寓教於樂的學習課程喔。
DinerSky也是一個餐飲育成中心，幫助想要在餐飲業創業的朋友們一個優良的創業起跑環境。在這裡的餐飲創業家們不用擔心顧客在哪裡，學校的學生就是立即的顧客，創業者只需要專注在烹飪的技術與餐飲管理流程，並留心聽取學生給出的反饋與意見做為改進菜色及管理流程的參考。
DinerSky更是一個社會企業，可以幫助弱勢家庭在管理團隊的育成下及學生族群的市場中設立可以自給自足的家庭餐飲生意。再者，DinerSky的管理團隊還會關心學生的日常生活，適時舉辦有益身心的休閒活動與課外有趣的學習課程，讓學生有一個難忘的學習生活與愉快時光。
DinerSky的第一個專案計畫是在康寧大學的台北校區內，負責經營管理的團隊是"藝術履行家 海城康大團隊"，該團隊不僅管理場域能提供多樣的美食，更配合學校關心學生的生活，安排適當的休閒活動給學生，準備小點陪伴學生溫習功課，更針對師生的重要節慶舉辦活動；例如新生迎新會、每月慶生會、教師節感恩會等等。除了上述活動與特色，該團隊還與校方合作共同開立特色課程，充實學生多方面的知識與興趣。

DinerSky is a Multi-Functional Place setup within schools to provide students and neighbors/communities good food & drinks, wonderful music, awesome performance, and diversified activities which you and your family can participate together to learn new things and to have a good time together.
DinerSky is also a F&B Incubation Center for people to start up F&B business, the entrepreneurs can focus on cooking skills and management flow without worrying to get customers. Entrepreneurs can get immediately feedback from students and modify the flavor or business flow to fit the market.
DinerSky is also a Social Enterprise where can help disadvantaged people to start up their own F&B business easily with the consumption power from students, in addition, DinerSky is also caring students' daily life and provide meaningful activities for students to relax and to learn.
The first project of DinerSky was setup in Kang-Ning University Taipei Campus, and is currently managed by "藝術履行家 海城康大團隊", the team is not only managing the venue to provide various food, but also doing students ministry such as helping students in study, caring students for their daily life, celebrating the important dates of the students & teachers, even providing after-school courses which could diversify the lives of the students.
